ULEAD Mission Statement
The 2023 Virtual ULead Conference is a virtually interactive, educational and non-profit event that aims to fundraise and raise awareness for the orofacial conditions of cleft lip and palate. 100% of the funds will go directly to the Operation Smile national organization, which will help to provide free and safe surgeries to patients with clefts all around the globe.
It is estimated that, worldwide, a child is born every three minutes with a cleft condition, about one in every 500 to 750 births. Since 1982, Operation Smile has been dedicated to finding families affected by cleft conditions and providing them with safe surgery so that they can live happy and healthy live.

As little as $240 helps provide surgery to a child with a cleft condition. Our goal is to raise $2,400, which will provide 10 surgeries to children of Operation Smile.
Donate a minimum of $5 from
now until 3pm Pm on the day of the event via Venmo @Bhavdeep-Kahlon to be entered into the raffle. Four winners will be chosen to receive either a $50 or one of three $25 Amazon e-gift cards. Simply donate a minimum of $5 and fill out the Raffle Entry Google Form. Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony. If you are not present during that time, you will be emailed to confirm and accept your prize.
